  I find all Tim Hortons seem to be the same. Which is a good thing if you want to go in and get a bowl of soup or sandwich sometimes others have better Donuts then others but mostly they are all the same.

  I noticed the biscuit with cheese so went in and they gave me a new one, too bad i didn't realize the third hasbrown missing as i paid for it.

  This Tim Horton's was good for coffee but stick to coffee and donuts. Our experience New Years day was horrible. When the guy asked what he could get us, I could not decipher what he said so I said okay and waited......I thought he had said I'll be with you in a minute. Anyway, when I placed the first item in my order, he rudely said "I can't hear you"......funny thing, I was almost yelling which I normally do at the drive thru. and my order is always heard. First, he sounded annoyed that I wanted to know what type of bagels they carried since they didn't carry sundried tomato.....I asked for toasted etc and then my second bagel, he cut me off before I mentioned that I wanted it toasted with cream cheese. I finally said with cream cheese and toasted but when we got our bagels, there couldn't have been a teaspoon (no exaggeration) of cream cheese on it......flavourless except for the bagel taste. So, as I said, stick to what you originally served......coffee and donuts.

  Poor service there was no line ups at drive thru nor the counter yet service was disorganized. Once I was served, the employee was sniffling wiping her hands on her nose and proceeded to make my beverage without washing hands. Top it off with a mug spilling over with sticky chocolate sauce and whipped cream....not a pleasing visit Tummies :(

  I am so pleased with all the staff here at this location. They do their best to give us the great service we all like. Although we do have to understand at busy times, there is a longer wait , but well worth the wait.

  Just went through the drive thru, my order was. 2 Simply Sausage sandwichs on a biscuit, one with cheese one without cheese. Told them twice ONLY ONE with cheese. And three hash browns. I recived two biscuits both with cheese and two hash browns........ HOW ANNOYING.
